Canceled the flight from the airline and made a request for a refund and now I have waited for more than two months
If you look for long waits, no response for the other end and trouble, this is your app!!! Can't believe i let myself fool by a couple dollars difference from a good and trustfull company, to try this!!!!
Warning!!! They cancelled my flight and refused to give me a refund. Avoid at all costs!!!
SCAM ARTISTS... BOOKING HAS BEEN PROCESSING FOR 2 DAYS. IF YOU REQUEST TO CANCEL YOU GET THIS MESSAGE: "You might be able to get a full refund before we process your booking with the carriers."
Besides the extra handling charges they take if you wish to do some changes with the booking, the dishonesty regarding prices is not some thing I enjoy.
I chose a route through kiwi. Paid. 6 hours before departure, I've got a message arrives that the seats are over. That's means kiwi deceives users about the availability of tickets. It is worstest experience what i ever had. Do not use it at all. They said, that i can get money back, but who return money for hotel? Who return money for pcr-test? 0/5

Booked tickets and they provided wrong name and random email address.Its good that I checked before traveling. Plus once you buy the baggage you cant change it or upgrade it. Totally unhappy
Nedoporučuji. Trasy sice hledá hezky a tváří se jednoduše, ale může se stát, že Vám nepošle palubní lístky. To znamená, že za ně budete muset platit na letišti. Check-in online na takto rezerované letenky udělat nelze. Kiwi slíbilo, že mi pošle peníze pokud jim pošlu účtenku. Poslal jsem účtenku a peníze neposlali. Trvdili, že to není účtenka od produktu, ale od výpis o zpalacení z karty - na letišti jsem ale nic jiného nedostal a to jsem o účtenku vysloveně požádal. Napsal jsem jim špatnou recenzi zde na GPlay a napsali, abych se jim ozval zpět. Znovu mne odmítli. Poté co jsem přes email trval na svém tak mi milá podpora peníze vrátila a ještě mi dala slevový kupon na další lety přes Kiwi. Zkušenost velmi rozporuplná. Příště si asi na Kiwi najdu let a pak koupím letenky přímo u dopravce.
NERVER EVER USE IT FOR TRAVELLING. I got denied boarding twice despite having prepared correctly according to the given information from KIWI. I paid additional $ 1.600 extra for new flights, new documents and hotel in this 82h HORROR TRIP. IT'S NOT SAVE
